Jamun (Jambul) Pulp = Jamun + Sugar

Remove seeds of Jamun and soak it overnight in sugar and then blend it

Black Current Pulp =  Black Current + Sugar

Soak black current overnight in sugar and blend it.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Jamun Pulp
  • 1/2 cup Black current Pulp
  • 1/2 cup Vanilla Ice-cream
  • Soda as needed
  • 1/2 cup Ice

Procedure:

In blender, add Jamun pulp, black current pulp, vanilla ice-cream, soda and ice.

Blend it till it becomes fluffy.

Garnish it with Jamuns & serve it chilled in glass.

Ingredients:

  • Vanilla Ice cream – 1 cup
  • Cheese Spread      – 2 spoon
  • Sugar (Icing)         – 2 spoon
  • chocolate syrup   – 3 spoon
  • coffee water          – 2 spoon
  • chocolate home made cake
  • Grated Chocolate

Procedure:

Take a big bowl fill with ice cubes n take a small bowl to keep on ice cubes.. Now for vanilla mousse take  a small bowl in it take vanilla ice cream, cheese spread, icing sugar and blend it till it becomes fluffy..mousse is ready.. Now in a serving glass drizzle chocolate syrup, crumble cake, coffee water n vanilla mousse.. Repeat the steps again n again till the glass gets full. [Coffee + Milk + Sugar + Xanthon gum]

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup Fresh Espresso Coffee [cold] Or 1 cup double strength Starbucks Coffee
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 3 tbsp granulated Sugar
  • Pinch of Xanthon gum
  • 2 Cups Ice

Procedure:

Blend all ingredients together and garnish it with whipped cream & chocolate syrup.

[Chickoo pulp + vanilla ice cream + chocolate chips]

Ingredients:

  • Chickoo                        –  2 pieces
  • Vanilla ice cream       –  1 scoop
  • Chocolate chips         –  As needed

Method:

Take 2 chickoos, remove the skin n make the pulp.. Now spread the pulp in to the plate , put a scoop of vanilla ice cream on it, drizzle some chocolate chips n garnish it with chocolate cigars..
