Chiku Splash with chocco chips :
[Chickoo pulp + vanilla ice cream + chocolate chips]
- Chickoo – 2 pieces
- Vanilla ice cream – 1 scoop
- Chocolate chips – As needed
Take 2 chickoos, remove the skin n make the pulp.. Now spread the pulp in to the plate , put a scoop of vanilla ice cream on it, drizzle some chocolate chips n garnish it with chocolate cigars..
[Coriander + Mint leaves + Green Chilly + Peanuts + Salted Chana + Lemon + Curd ]
- Coriander – 3 cups
- Mint Leaves – 6 to 7 leaves
- Green Chilly – 2 pieces
- Peanuts – 1 tbsp
- Salted Chana – 1 tbsp
- Lemon – Half Lemon
- Curd – 3 tbsp
- Salt – To taste
Add all the above ingredients well into the mixture and mix till it gives fine texture. Hence garnish it with Mint and Coriander Leaves.
Anna Current Punch :
[Black Current Squash + Apple Squash + Chocolate Syrup + Apple Pieces+ Vanilla Ice cream + Sprite]
- Black Current Squash – 2 tbsp
- Apple Squash – 5 tbsp
- Chocolate Syrup – 2 tbsp
- Apple Pieces – As Required
- Vanilla Ice Cream – 1 Scoop
- Sprite – As Required
- Orange Slice – 1 Slice
Mix all the ingredients well into a glass, squeeze half lemon and garnish it with Apple Pieces and Orange Slice.
Pina-Kiwi Punch :
[Kiwi Squash + Pineapple Juice + Sprite + Ice cubes]
- Kiwi Squash – 3 spoons
- Pineapple Juice – 1/3 glass
- Sprite – As required
- Ice – As required
Mix all the ingredients well and garnish it with Kiwi Slice….
Today I will share the recipe of Home made squash. Recipe procedure is same for any fruit squash.
For ex., This is the Recipe of Strawberry Squash.
- Finely chopped Strawberries – 1 bowl
- Sugar – 1.5 bowl
Mix both the ingredients well in a bowl and keep it for 4-5 hours.
Blend till it leaves chunks.
The squash is ready. You can repeat the same procedure for any other Fruit Squash as well.
STRAWBERRY PUNCH –
[ Strawberry Squash + Vanilla IceCream + Sprite ]
Mix all the ingredients well and serve it…..
In weekends, we would like to have some restaurant style food at home and also want to prepare it quick. so today I would like to share, very quick recipe of Veg Corn Capsicum, of restaurant style taste.
Cooking Time: 20 Mins
Ingredients: (serve for 2)
- Tomatoes – (1 cup – 2 pieces)
- Boiled Corn – (1 cob)
- Capsicum – (1 piece)
- Oil – (2 tbsp)
- Garam Masala – (1 tbsp)
- Salt to taste
- Dhaniya (Coriander) Powder – (1/2 tbsp)
- Red Chilly Powder – 1 tbsp
- Haldi (turmeric) Powder – (1/4 tbsp)
- Milk Mavo – (2 tbsp)
- Cream – (1 tbsp)
- Kaju & Magatari seeds – (1 tbsp)
I have taken pictures while preparing the same which I have shared it here.
1) In a mixture take tomatoes and add all above masalas and make gravy.
2) Take oil in pan and cook the gravy till it looses the oil.
3) Now add boiled corn and finely chopped capsicum.
4) Lastly garnish it with coriander and kaju.
